Account closure as an Expert
In order to have your account closed, please contact us (help@oranum.com) from one of your registered e-mail addresses and include the following:
- A BRAND NEW copy of your ID’s front and back sides (a previously used copy during any registration is not acceptable).
- A BRAND NEW picture of yourself holding your ID next to your face
- The name of the account(s) that you wish to close.
For security reasons we can only close accounts if all the previously stated conditions are met.
Expert account closure as an Agency owner
In case you wish to close any Expert account within your Agency account, please contact us (help@oranum.com) from the Agency’s email address and attach the following:
- A BRAND NEW copy of your ID’s front and back sides (a previously used copy during any registration is not acceptable).
- A BRAND NEW picture of yourself holding your ID next to your face
- The name(s) of the accounts that you wish to close.
We will contact you once your request has been handled.
Agency account closure
In case you wish to close your Agency account, please contact us (help@oranum.com) from the Agency’s email address and attach the following:
- A BRAND NEW copy of your ID’s front and back sides (a previously used copy during any registration is not acceptable).
- A BRAND NEW picture of yourself holding the ID next to your face.
We would like to ask you to provide feedback regarding your experience on our Site in your closure e-mail to help improve the quality of our services.
Before sending your request
- Please make sure not to send the same pictures that were used during ANY registration.
- In case the registered ID is not valid anymore you can send another valid identification document issued by your government, such as passport, driving license, newly issued ID card, etc.
- Due security reasons we can only accept closure requests from your registered e-mail address.
