Setting up your Payout method

You can set up your Payout method in your Broadcaster Center by clicking on Payout/Payout Options tabs. Firstly, you need to decide whether you wish to receive your payment as an Individual, VAT Registered Individiual or Company.

  • Choosing Individual: provide your billing address, then click on Save and continue. As a last step, select the Payout method you prefer the most.
  • Choosing VAT Registered Individual: provide the required data, accept the Terms & Conditions, then click on Finalize application. As a last step, select the Payout method you prefer the most. 
    *The Value Added Tax identification number (VATIN) is an identifier used in many countries, including the countries of the European Union, for value added tax purposes. The full VAT number starts with a 1-2 digit(s) country code. 
  • Choosing Company: provide the company data, accept the Terms & Conditions, then click on Save and continue. Register the Managing Director or a Company Representative and fill out the required fields, then Finalize the application. As a last step, select the Payout method you prefer the most.

What is a Payout Period?

A Payout Period consists of 14 days. A Payout Period end date is indicated after each period closure in the Payout Overview menu. Periods always end on Tuesday 23:29 CET, every other week. The Period Start date is the day following the previous Payout Period End Date. If you have no previous closure, the Period Start date is your Account registration date.

What is a Payout Threshold?

The Payout Threshold is the amount of earnings you must reach before getting paid. Normally, you are advised to choose the lowest Payout Threshold ($100) to ensure that you will get paid more frequently.

What is a Payout Date?

If you choose the Standard Payout option, your Payouts are performed 25 days after the Payout Period End Date. This is indicated under the Due Date column in the Payout Overview menu. If you use the Fast Payout, your Payout is performed one day after the Period closure – instead of 25 days.

Standard Payout

Payouts are sent for invoicing periods of 14 days, usually twice a month. You need to reach your Payout Threshold – minimum $100 – in order to receive payment. The Standard Payout Date of an invoicing period is 25 days after the period. All your Payouts and invoices are listed on the Payout Overview page.

Fast Payout

Instead of waiting for 25 days for the Standard Payout, you can decide to withdraw your payment any time after the period ends, or set your Payout Type to Automatic Fast Payout, in order to automatically receive your earnings immediately, after an invoice period (invoicing happens a few business days after the period ends). The fee for Fast Payout is 1% (min. $5, max. $150) of the Payout amount. You can set your preference at the Payout Options page.

Instant Payout

Provided that you reached your Payout Threshold, you can ask for Instant Payout of your earnings, without waiting the end of the Standard invoicing period. The fee of the Instant Payout is 3% of the Payout amount (min $5), and it will be processed within one business day after your request. To use this feature, Agencies need to earn at least $1,000 in three consecutive periods, while individual Experts need to make at least $300 during two consecutive periods. In order to maximize the number of your Payouts, you can also set your Payout Type to Automatic Instant Payout and receive your earnings automatically as soon as you reach the Payout Threshold.

Please note that you can reach the money limit with only level dependent earnings for example Private Sessions, or Surprises. Level independent income, such as money from Awards, or Top Expert contest etc. does not count.

Invoicing

You can set up your account Billing type either as an Individual natural person, or as a VAT registered Individual sole trader / Company, chosen at your own discretion. As a VAT registered supplier, you have the option to upload your own sales invoices, otherwise we issue Self-invoices on your behalf. Invoices and the corresponding payments are issued in USD or EUR only. Please note that payment-related transactions such as processing fees are VAT exempt, so they are not indicated on the (Self-)invoices that we have with you. You can find your invoices and read more information on invoicing on the Payout Overview page.

Payout in EURO

If you choose the EUR currency Payout, the final Payout amount will be exchanged from USD to EUR, based on the date when your service was performed (i.e., every day a different FX rate is applied). The rate is calculated daily, based on official mid-market range available at the database of European Central Bank. An additional 0.3% difference is applied, in order to mitigate risks. You can decide the currency of Payout for the ongoing and future periods only. Agencies registered in the SEPA area may only receive EUR Payouts, while those in the United States can choose USD currency only.

Change of Payout details

In order to change your payment method, go to the Payout Options page and click on the change link at the bottom of the page. Please make sure that you upload a recently taken, new Face+ID and ID pictures during the process. Pictures used during any registration may not be accepted. 

Payment Methods

You can use the following e-Wallets to receive payment from us: Paxum, Cosmo Payment, ePayService or WebMoney. Furthermore, we can settle EUR SEPA and USD ACH transfers from our corporate accounts directly to your bank account. In addition, we process local bank payments in Latin America with the help of Directa24 and Pagomundo. Please note that Payouts can be subject to processing failures and transition time. E-Wallet payments arrive on the date of execution while bank transfers may need up to 2-4 days.

PayPal

PayPal Payout method allows any Businesses and Individuals to securely receive payments from Oranum. As PayPal is being increasingly used on other e-commerce websites, one of the main advantages of using PayPal is that you can use it for online purchases without withdrawing your funds. Each Payout we execute to your PayPal account will cost you 2% of the transferred amount. For more information on PayPal, please use their FAQ page here.

Paxum

You can get your payment to your Paxum wallet from where you can withdraw your funds to your local bank account or to your Paxum UPI card. Receiving a payment from us will cost you €/$ 0.75 per transfer. Additional costs associated with your Paxum account can be found on their website.

Cosmo Payment

You can get your payment to your Cosmo Payment wallet and access your funds through your debit card instantly. Receiving a payment from us will cost you 0.4% of the transfer amount. Additional costs associated with Cosmo Payment can be found on their website.

WebMoney

You can get your payment to your WebMoney purse and access your funds several ways through WebMoney Transfer system, including external card, bank transfer or 3rd party e-wallets. Receiving a payment from us to your WME (EUR) purse is -1.25%, to your WMZ (USD) purse is -2.25% of the transaction amount. Additional costs associated with WebMoney can be found on their website.

SEPA

If your bank is located in Europe (SEPA area), you can receive payment directly from our company bank account to your bank account in EUR currency for a cost of 1% (minimum $5, maximum $300) of the transaction amount.

International Wire Transfer 

If your bank is located outside of the SEPA area, EUR payouts cost 1% of the transfer amount with a €30 minimum and a €300 maximum, while USD payments cost 1% of the transfer amount with a $50 minimum and a $300 maximum.

In case of International Wire Transfer, the Payout Limit is 300 USD.

ACH

If your bank is located in the United States, you can receive payment directly from our US bank account as an ACH Domestic transfer to your US bank account in USD currency, for a cost a fee of 1% (minimum $5, maximum $300) of the transaction amount.

Pandablue

If you use USD currency payout and this solution is available in your account (mainly in Latin America), you can receive local currency transfer to your bank account for a single and transparent cost of 2.5% (max. $200). Read more about Pandablue at their website.
