Welcome to Oranum Top Expert Contest
The Top Expert Contest is a monthly competition where all of our Experts can compete for the given prizes each month.
The contests start on the first day of every month at 00:00 CET and end at 23:59 CET on the last day of every month.
Rewards
At the end of each month, we will reward our Experts with the following:
- 1st Place – $1,000
- 2nd Place – $750
- 3rd Place – $500
- 10 additional Giveaways – $250 each
Giveaway eligibility
Additionally, we are giving out prizes (250$ each) for 10 of those Experts who didn’t make it to the Top 3 but were actively contributing to the success of ORANUM.
While being in the TOP100, spending at least 60 hours of online time (including Video Calls!) and having a $500 in monthly earning makes you eligible to be randomly selected to be one of the winners, there is a surefire way to ensure your prize money!
Be active on Social Media and promote ORANUM wherever it is possible! As a token of our appreciation, the most active Experts on Social Media will be awarded with 250$ each to honor your dedication.
How can I get points?
The number of points you receive is based on how much you earn with unique features and your engagement with Members. You automatically gain points for every single Credit you earn. The more active you are, the higher you will rise in the rankings!
You can always check your level and total points in real time, you don’t need to wait until the end of the day.
In order to see your current standing in the contest, you need to log in to your Broadcaster Center and find the following area on the Home page:
Compete with other experts and top the ranking! Rank up as high as you can and see where you stand amongst all Experts!
Additionally, the rankings are displayed on the Site as well so you may bring the attention of your Members to the Contest too. This way they can also cheer for you or even help you achieve a higher position!
Tips to earn more points
All you need to do is strengthen the Expert-Member bond and be active online. This way you’ll be earning more money and more points!
- Your earnings with both online and offline features contribute to your points.
- Engage in activities with Members like Private Sessions, chatting, sending messages etc.
- Go live whenever you can and be online as much as possible to keep the experience going – every minute will help you to earn extra points!
- Reply to messages from your Members as soon as possible.

Rules
ARTICLE 1 – SCOPE
1.1. These rules (hereinafter, the “Rules”) set out the general terms and conditions for the Oranum ‘Top Experts’ contest (hereafter the “Contest”).
1.2. These Rules govern the relationship between you, as an expert/participant (hereinafter “You” or the “Expert”) and, subject to the Expert’s identified country/registered billing address, either JWS Americas S.à r.l., a Luxembourg law governed private limited liability company with registered address at 44, Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855, Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register under number 249.539 provided You are identified as based in the United States of America or JWS International S.à r.l., a Luxembourg law governed private limited liability company with registered address at 44, Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855, Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register under number 249.566 provided You are identified as based in any other country but the United States of America (JWS Americas S.à r.l. or JWS International S.à r.l. where relevant being hereafter referred to as “Website Operator”).
1.3. The Contest is organized worldwide and is open to all Experts active, unless forbidden by law.
1.4. The Contest shall take place every month between the first day of the month (at 00h01) and the last day of the month (at 23h59) (e.g. between the 1st February 2023 and the 28th February 2023; between the 1st March 2023 and the 31 March 2023; etc).
1.5. The Contest will start, for the first time on the 1st February 2023 and the Website Operator will inform the Experts when the monthly recurrence of the Contest will end.
ARTICLE 2 – CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION
2.1. The conditions to participate in the Contest are explained on the following page : https://oranumwiki.comoranum-top-experts (hereafter the “Wiki Page”).
2.2. Participation in the Contest is permitted to any person who has reached the age of 18 and is an Expert on www.oranum.com (hereafter the “Website”), excluding members of the Website Operator’s staff and collaborators, its affiliated companies and undertakings (including staff and collaborators) involved in the organization of the Contest, and excluding family members (immediate family or living at the same address) of persons belonging to the above excluded categories.
2.3. The Website Operator may at any time exclude anyone from participation in the Contest as a result of a breach of any of the conditions for participation or in the event of abuse, deception or malicious participation in the Contest.
2.4. By default, every Expert is included in every monthly Contest. However, Expert may indicate that they prefer not to take part in a Contest by contacting the Website Operator or, in case they win a prize, refuse it.
ARTICLE 3 – WINNERS SELECTION
3.1. The 3 first winners of each monthly Contest will be those who, among the participants, have ranked the highest in terms of points earned by engaging with fans (including but not limited to ‘Private Session, ‘Video Calls, ‘Free Chat’, ‘Group Session’, messages) in full compliance with the Rules within the said month.
3.2. Winners will be personally contacted (via the Website and/or email) in order to get the information necessary for them to organize the collection of the prize(s). Each winner has a maximum of 7 days from the Website Operator’s request to provide personal information (such as surname, bank account number and other required information).
3.3. If the winner does not reply to this request, does not provide the required information or provides an incorrect/uncertain information within the abovementioned time limit, the winner will definitively lose his/her right to obtain the prize, as well as any right to compensation in any form whatsoever, the prize will be reallocated to the Website Operator who may, at its own discretion, award it to a new winner or decide not to award it. Similarly, in the event of refusal of the prize or non-award thereof to the winner for other reasons, the prize will return to the Website Operator, who may, at its discretion, award it to a new winner or decide not to award it, without the previous winner being able to exercise any rights.
3.4. Anyone required to confirm their data confirms that the data transmitted is correct, up-to-date and complete.
3.5. The Website Operator’s decisions concerning the determination of the winners are final and without appeal.
3.6. In order to qualify for the $250 prize (see below), the Experts must comply with the following cumulative requirements:
– have at least a monthly $500 income on the Website;
– be active online on the Website for at least 60 hours per month (including but not limited to VideoCall time); and
– the Experts cannot already be awarded one of the 3 first places of the current monthly Contest.
ARTICLE 4 – PRIZES
4.1. The prizes awarded within each monthly Contest are the following:
- 1st place – $1,000
- 2nd place – $750
- 3rd place – $500
- 10 winners – $250 each
4.2. The prizes will be awarded once as a bonus after the end of each monthly Contest and shall be added on each winner’s personal account via the Website.
4.3. These prizes are personal, indivisible, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, cannot be paid in cash and must be accepted as awarded.
4.4. Throughout the duration of each monthly Contest, each Expert (same username and/or e-mail address) may only win one prize.
ARTICLE 5 – CHANGES TO THE CONTEST
5.1. The Website Operator reserves the right to make changes to the Contest, to suspend, shorten, extend, postpone, or terminate the Contest at any time, without notice, without giving reasons and without compensation to the participants or third parties.
5.2. In the event that the Website Operator or one of its partners is forced to prematurely terminate, make changes to, extend or terminate the Contest as a result of the inappropriate behaviour of one of the participants, the Website Operator reserves the right to request compensation for the damage suffered accordingly.
ARTICLE 6 – RESPONSIBILITIES
6.1. Without prejudice to cases of gross or willful misconduct, neither the Website Operator, nor its staff, nor any third party involved in the Contest shall be liable for any direct or indirect damage of any kind that may occur during the Contest, or in connection with the participation in the Contest or as a result of the organisation of the Contest, the designation of winners or the award (or non-award) of prizes, regardless of their source, cause or consequences, even when the Website Operator is informed of the risks of such damage.
6.2. Participation in the Contest implies knowledge and express acceptance of theses Rules. The Website Operator shall not be held liable in any way for the organisation of the Contest. The prizes and the relevant rights for the winners are strictly subject to the conditions of application of these Rules. No recourse of any kind is therefore possible against the Website Operator.
6.3. The Website Operator shall not be liable in the Contest of loss or theft of the prize, or fraudulent conduct by a third party in connection with the Contest. More specifically, the Website Operator shall in no way be liable for any out-of-stock products, services or prizes in store, for the sending, for the delivery and receipt deadlines or for the loss of prizes, insofar as their distribution is tasked to a third company to the exclusion of any intervention by the Website Operator.
ARTICLE 7 – PERSONAL DATA
The Website Operator processes the personal data transmitted as part of the Contest in accordance with the applicable rules and the privacy policy.
ARTICLE 8 – ACCEPTANCE AND APPLICATION OF THE RULES
8.1. Participation in the Contest implies unconditional acceptance of the Rules by the participants, including any subsequent amendments, and no challenge thereto will be taken into consideration.
8.2. Any complaint relating to the Contest shall be sent in writing within seven (7) working days following the end of each monthly Contest to the Website Operator’s registered office. Complaints made after the deadline, not made in writing or for which the author cannot be identified by name will not be processed.
8.3. These Rules may be consulted at any time on the Wiki Page or upon request sent to the following email address: help@oranum.com.
8.4. The Contest is under the supervision of the Website Operator. In the event of force majeure, unforeseen circumstances or complaints, the Website Operator may take any necessary measure to ensure the smooth running of the Contest. Its decisions shall be final and cannot be challenged.
8.5. The participants undertake to fully comply with applicable law and to avoid any cheating in the context of this Contest or circumventing the Rules. In case of tampering, fraud or similar irregularities, the Website Operator is authorised to disqualify, suspend or ban an Expert from the Contest and/or the Website or take any other measure that the Website Operator finds appropriate.
ARTICLE 9 – GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
9.1. The participants undertake, in the Contest of any discussion concerning the application or interpretation of the Rules, to seek first an amicable solution with the Website Operator before commencing any legal proceedings.
9.2. If any provision of the Rules is found to be null or void, the remaining provisions of the Rules shall remain in full force and effect. Any such invalid, ineffective or unenforceable provision shall, to the extent permitted by law, be deemed replaced by such valid, effective and enforceable provision as comes closest to the economic intent and purpose of such invalid, ineffective or unenforceable provision.
9.3.The Rules, as well as the conduct of the Contest itself, are subject to Luxembourg law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of Luxembourg shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
