How long does a period last?
Each period lasts 14 days, however these dates do not necessarily fall in line with the start and end date of each month. Do keep in mind that CET times (always midnight) apply for period start and period closure, therefore the total online time for the Welcome Bonus will be calculated according to this time zone. For example:
- For example, if you register on May 6, 2024, and your account is activated the same day:
- The 1st period for the Welcome Bonus is from June 5 to June 18.
- The 2nd period for the Welcome Bonus is from June 19 to July 2.
- The 3rd period for the Welcome Bonus is from July 3 to July 16.
This extra bonus is available for only newly registered Experts, during their first three full periods.
How to earn the bonus?
To earn the bonus, you must meet one of the Online Hour requirements during each period. If you miss out on a bonus in one period, you still have the opportunity to earn it in the subsequent periods. Just go live and enjoy the benefits!
Your Bonus is calculated from your Credit based, Level-Dependent income. When the required online hours are reached, this bonus will be added to your earnings at the end of the period.

Here’s an example to illustrate how bonuses are calculated:
Let’s say you logged 100 hours online during the first period, qualifying for a 40% bonus. If your Level Dependent income for that period was $1,000, your bonus would amount to $400.

Please note that Member Chat is excluded from the hour calculation, only the time when you are available for Users is counted.
Important Notice:
The Welcome Bonus is available exclusively for newly registered Experts and only during their first three complete periods. Broadcasters with older accounts are not eligible for the bonus.
If the start date and end date of an online session fall within different periods, the hours of the online session will be included in the period when the session ended.
