Live stream can be started from the Oranum Broadcaster App, from the desktop application, OranumCam or even from your browser via the Broadcaster Center.
Here you can also find the possibility to stream from your browser by clicking on the ‘Go Online Now’ button.
You can go online from your phone as well, all you need to do is to download the Oranum Broadcaster App from Google Play or the App Store.
This means more flexibility in streaming, and more options to build your image on Oranum.

Going Live is a great way to get more exposure. Members and Guests can get to know you before they take you to a Private Session and it is a great opportunity to start creating your loyal Member base.
They can connect with you more personally and will be able to see what kind of content they can expect from you.
Chat areas
When you go online you will be in Free Chat by default and every Visitor of Oranum will be able to see and hear you.
If you switch to Member Chat, nobody can see your video feed, however you’ll stay online on the Site and communicate with Members via the chat box. This mode serves for short breaks while working and Members can also take you to Private from here.
You are automatically taken to Private Chat once a Member initiates a Session with you and you will also hear a sound alert.
Oranum Admins may write to your Free Chat or initiate an Admin Chat with you while you are online. Please pay attention to the chat and follow the instructions of the Admins.
*Please note that the Admin’s name is always written in blue and they are marked with a headphone icon, both in Free Chat and via the Admin Private!
TIPS to keep in mind when going LIVE
- Pay full attention to your stream
- Greet everybody who comes into your Room
- Be friendly and kind to all Visitors, encourage Guests to register
- Be engaging, communicate and show interest towards the Members
- Initiate conversations about interesting topics
- Introduce yourself, explain your talents, tools and techniques
- Pull random cards, explain their meaning, or give general messages to get Visitors interested
- Avoid giving specific answers for free as we have a dedicated feature: Special Requests for this purpose
- Make sure that your environment/background looks professional and esoteric
